inday artists’ roundtable talk
Eight Filipina artists in conversation: stories of identity, migration & perseverance
Join us for a special artist roundtable in celebration of the extended exhibition Inday: Manilatown Celebrates Women’s History Month, now on view through April 30.
This intimate gathering brings together eight American-Filipina visual artists for a shared conversation on the ideas, histories, and lived experiences that shape their work. Rooted in themes of identity, migration, community, and perseverance, the discussion offers a rare opportunity to hear directly from the artists about their creative process, cultural influences, and the stories carried within their pieces.
Held in the historic space of the International Hotel Manilatown Center, this roundtable continues Manilatown’s commitment to uplifting Filipina voices and creating space for intergenerational dialogue, reflection, and connection.
